Full job description

Sonny's Bakery is seeking an experienced Barista Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team in our Tamworth, NSW location. This is a casual position, with full time hours available. As a Barista Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy cafe.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality coffee drinks and beverages
  • Assisting with food preparation and service
  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment
  • Troubleshooting any equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
  • Restocking and inventory management
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with operating coffee machines and other cafe equipment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • A passion for food, coffee, and providing an exceptional customer experience
