About Our Club

Situated in the heart of the Sydney CBD, with unparalleled views of the Botanic Gardens and the North Shore, this elegant Private Club offers its Members a range of modern facilities, outstanding dining options, and exceptional service.

The Role

We seek a self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendant with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality to our Members and guests. Dinner service is Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and Attributes include:

  • The setting of the restaurant
  • Gueridon Service
  • Tableside Decanting
  • Discussing food suggestions in our fine dining à la Carte restaurant
  • Having excellent communication skills to liaise with Members and attend to their requests.
  • Having a positive can-do attitude.
  • Working autonomously and as a team player.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Good food knowledge
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience.
  • Experience using a P.O.S. system.
  • Passion for excellence in customer service.
  • Current RSA Competency Card.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation.
