The Role:

• Help grow our Inner Health Department with high energy and positive attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice
• Become a product expert and share your knowledge with customers
• Manage orders, liaise with brand representatives, and merchandise stock
• Contribute to administrative and operational tasks
• Organize engaging events and workshops

Your Skills & Experience:

• Formal qualification (student or qualified) in Naturopathy, Nutrition, or Herbal Medicine
• Association membership
• Clinical experience (desired, but not essential)
• Confidence in interacting with customers and offering guidance
• A friendly, outgoing personality

Other Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• Physical fitness and agility
• You must live in Victoria and have eligibility to work in Australia
