Nutrition Coach – Health & Fitness Coaching Team

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives

We work with everyday people who want better energy, better habits, and better health. We are growing and now seeking a passionate Nutrition Coach to join our coaching team.

About the Role

As a Nutrition Coach, you’ll guide clients through personalised nutrition strategies that help them achieve real, long-term results. You’ll educate, support, and keep clients accountable to their goals while working alongside our trainers and coaching staff.

This role is ideal for someone who loves health and fitness, has a strong foundation in nutrition, and understands how nutrition supports performance and body transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group nutrition coaching sessions
  • Build sustainable meal plans and habit-based strategies (no extreme dieting)
  • Educate clients using evidence-based nutrition principles
  • Support fat loss, muscle gain and performance goals
  • Track and adjust client programs based on progress
  • Collaborate with personal trainers and wellbeing staff
  • Maintain high coaching standards and client retention
  • Refer clients to dietitians where necessary (within scope of practice)

About You

  • Passionate about nutrition, fitness and helping people succeed
  • Strong communicator with coaching and motivational skills
  • Organised and accountable with excellent time management
  • Positive energy, growth mindset and team player
  • Able to connect with real people and build trust quickly

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Minimum: Diploma of Nutrition (or willing to study)

✅ Knowledge of the Australian Dietary Guidelines

✅ Experience in fitness, personal training or health coaching (preferred)

✅ Ability to coach clients online and/or in person

✅ Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

✅ Police Check or WWCC (if required)

✅ Must work within legal nutrition scope of practice
