Let’s talk about you

We’re looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join Aussie Broadband on a 12 month max-term contract. In this role, you’ll help drive proactive health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, support our HSW Management System, and play a key part in keeping our people safe, supported and set up to do their best work.

At Aussie Broadband, our purpose is simple: to change the game. We’re an all-Australian telco and technology business built on challenging the norm, doing right by our customers and backing our people to do meaningful work. Here, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, values-led team where ideas are welcomed, impact is visible and safety, wellbeing and people genuinely matter.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Maintain and continuously improve our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System.
  • Support HSW reporting and dashboards, using tools such as Power BI to help transform, visualise and analyse safety data.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through inspections, committee meetings, training and consultation with the business.
  • Analyse HSW data to identify trends, key risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective actions so we keep learning and improving.
  • Partner with People, Facilities, Risk, Compliance and other teams to deliver practical HSW outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience across health, safety and wellbeing, risk, compliance, systems or learning and development.
  • A Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in Occupational or Work Health and Safety.
  • An interest in data, reporting and insights, with Power BI or data visualisation experience highly regarded.
  • The ability to work independently, collaborate across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A constructive, professional and people-first approach — because being good to people is part of how we work.

Why join Aussie?

We’re not your typical telco. We think big, keep things real, move quickly and back our people to do awesome work. If you want to be part of a game-changing team where your ideas are heard and your work genuinely matters, we’d love to hear from you.

Ready to join?
