Previous experience in a Reception / Admin or Office All-Rounder role. Ongoing support from our office throughout your employment. Work on a variety of sites.
Ability to coordinate with the service provider, manage and maintain the mobile service contract for the office. High levels of executive support.
Intermediate ability in MS Office. Hold or be willing to obtain Cert 3 in Business Admin. MAX Solutions is committed to improving the lives of others.
Support any teams that need admin assistance as required. Experience with a variety of office software (email, spreadsheets and databases).
