About Us

Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.

We’re now five years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over three quarters of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.

Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, the finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte's tech fast 50 2025 and finally; being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Up’s in Australia 2025.

The difference you’ll make:

As our Office Manager, you will run our Sydney HQ and shape the daily environment for our team, clients, and guests. By keeping our operations seamless and our workplace organised, you will empower everyone at Bridgit to focus on what they do best. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the office, ensuring that from the moment new starters, candidates, and visitors arrive, they experience a welcoming and highly professional environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the day to day management of our Sydney HQ. This includes overseeing vendors, keeping us fully stocked with groceries and supplies, managing incoming mail/couriers, and ensuring the office is a place where people can do their best work.

  • Assisting with new floor acquisitions, workspace fit outs, and new office location setups as our team continues to expand.

  • Partner closely with our Executive Assistant to plan and execute internal events, from monthly office lunches to team celebrations that keep our culture connected and thriving.

  • Own the first impression experience for our Australian team. You’ll manage internal communications for new joiners, set up laptops, prep desks with fresh merch, and ensure a new starter’s first day is genuinely unforgettable.

  • Support our recruitment process by greeting candidates, managing visitor arrivals, ensuring interview rooms are pristine, and keeping the interview panel running seamlessly on time.

  • Take the hassle out of travel by managing bookings and logistics for the local team, ensuring smooth trips from departure to return.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience working as an Office Manager in a hyper growth environment.

  • You live for a great to-do list, prioritise tasks on the fly, and ensure absolutely nothing slips through the cracks.

  • You are a self starter who works exceptionally well independently, managing your own time and priorities effectively.

  • Whether it’s a perfectly organized snack drawer or an error free onboarding pack, you know that the little details make the biggest impact.

  • You approach unexpected challenges with a calm, resourceful mindset and love finding creative workarounds to keep the office running flawlessly.

  • You are a curious, adaptable individual with a growth mindset who is eager to take initiative and pitch ideas that elevate how we operate.

Our Culture and Benefits

Bridgit values its team, they are the heart of how we build this business. Along with competitive remuneration, slick offices and the chance to be part of an innovative, agile fintech, we also offer:

  • Extra Leave – We offer birthday leave + an additional day of paid leave to be used for life events, celebrations, or just a mental health reset.

  • Two Weeks from Anywhere – We encourage employees to work remotely from a location of their choice for two weeks each year.

  • Learning and Development – All employees are encouraged and empowered to engage in professional development, including a number of learning initiatives run internally.

  • Social Events – We have a jam-packed social scene, with events throughout the year to bring the team together!
