About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

For this role, we will consider your:

-Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships in a team environment and with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to draft basic correspondence and correct and edit reports.

-Experience in providing administrative support (particularly for senior positions), including the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion and sound judgment.

-Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines and a commitment to actively balance work and other priorities to ensure the provision of timely and effective executive support with a high level of attention to detail.

-Intermediate knowledge of, and experience using, standard corporate applications including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and electronic document and records management systems (Content Manager or similar).

-Legal based experience is not required though will be favourably considered.
