Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations supporting insurance build project allocations, client reporting, and system management
• Oversee workflow distribution, ensuring tasks and projects are completed within targeted KPIs
• Support and mentor a small team, and look to gradually take on more oversight responsibilities
• Manage contractor scheduling, safety compliance, and client communications in a busy environment
• Drive process improvements and support system upgrades, including Prime CRM and safety systems
• Liaise closely with leadership to ensure operational support aligns with business growth and project demands

Requirements

• Building industry or insurance building background preferred
• Proven experience managing operational workflows and small teams in a busy setting
• Strong decision-making ability and proactive mindset
• Must be hands on
• Experienced with client portal systems and technology-driven workflows
• Ability to work on-site and adapt quickly in a fluid, open office environment
• Demonstrated capability to support growth and handle multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
