Pullman Brisbane King George Square is a five-star hotel in the heart of Brisbane's CBD and is part of the global Accor hospitality group. The hotel operates alongside the Mercure Brisbane King George Square in a dual-branded complex, offering premium accommodation, extensive conference and event facilities, a rooftop pool, fitness centre, restaurant, and the renowned Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar. It primarily serves business travellers, conference delegates, leisure guests, and major city events.

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and profitability. This role leads the food and beverage team, maintains Accor's service standards, manages budgets and inventory, and works closely with the kitchen and hotel departments to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant and bar.
  • Lead, train, and supervise restaurant and bar staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with Accor brand standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, labor costs, and departmental budgets.
  • Control inventory, order supplies, and minimize food and beverage waste.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal dining programs.

Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
