Forklift Operator / Yard Hand – Brick Yard

Location: MOUNT BARKER
Employment Type: Full-time
Start: Immediate

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Forklift Operator / Yard Hand to join our busy brick yard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts to load and unload bricks and building materials
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
  • Assisting customers and drivers in the yard
  • General yard duties including stock movement, cleaning, and organisation
  • Ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times

About You

  • Current Forklift Licence preferred but not essential
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Strong safety awareness and good work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
