Plant Operator – Full Time | EZ-Plant Hire

Karratha, Pilbara WA

About the Role

EZ-Plant Hire is seeking an experienced Plant Operator for full-time work based in Karratha and the Pilbara. This role involves operating a range of mobile plant across civil, mining, and project sites using modern, well-maintained equipment.

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus regular overtime available.

Key duties include:

  • Operation of excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dump trucks
  • Civil, mining, and general earthworks across multiple project sites
  • Daily pre-starts, machine checks, and basic maintenance
  • Working safely around other plant, personnel, and live environments
  • Compliance with all site safety procedures and company policies
  • Professional conduct while representing the company onsite

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant Plant Operator tickets (Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Dump Trucks)
  • Construction White Card
  • High-Risk Work Licence(where applicable)
  • Demonstrated experience in civil and/or mining environments
  • Strong focus on safety, hazard awareness, and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, good communication, and a strong work ethic
