Oakley challenges convention at the intersection of sport, innovation and culture—connecting athletes and communities through performance and style.

We’re looking for a Sport Sales Representative to own our Queensland territory, grow retail partnerships and connect consumers with products they love.

Across eyewear, apparel, footwear and accessories, you’ll work with retailers spanning surf, sport, bike, golf, outdoor, marine and streetwear. Combining commercial thinking with time in the field, you’ll build new partnerships and grow existing ones through an understanding of each retailer’s business, customers and local community.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Grow together. Deliver quarterly and full-year revenue targets through clear account plans, focused territory activity and accurate sales forecasts that support sustainable growth for Oakley and our retail partners.
  • Build lasting partnerships. Develop trusted relationships with retail owners, buyers and store teams through regular visits, open communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Shape assortments that connect. Bring Oakley’s seasonal collections to life through technology, design and culture, tailoring assortments to each retailer’s customers to meet their needs and drive shared growth.
  • Develop new partnerships. Identify and secure new retail partnerships across sport and lifestyle.
  • Turn insights into growth. Use sales insights, stock reviews and replenishment planning to improve sell-through, stock productivity and partner profitability.
  • Bring Oakley to life. Work with partners on visual merchandising, product displays and retail marketing that express the brand and make it easier for consumers to discover the right products.
  • Inspire retail confidence. Deliver engaging training that equips store teams to understand consumer needs, explain product benefits and make informed recommendations.
  • Win as a team. Collaborate with internal teams to support partners, resolve issues and deliver well-executed brand initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
You’re passionate about sport, immersed in culture and driven to deliver - with consumers at the heart of your thinking and a commitment to strong retail partnerships.
You understand retailers’ challenges and bring products to life for store teams. You take ownership, follow through and earn trust through results.

We're looking for:
  • Experience in retail sales, account or territory management, ideally within sport or lifestyle, with proven success delivering sales targets and account growth.
  • A partnership mindset, creating shared value by understanding retailers’ priorities.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, turning sales insights and consumer trends across sport, style and culture into action.
  • Confident communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and build trusted relationships.
  • Engaging product training and visual merchandising skills that bring Oakley to life and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the independence to manage a large territory.
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

YOUR TERRITORY
This role involves regular travel across Queensland, including up to 10 days per month on the road. You’ll enjoy getting into the market, connecting with retail partners and understanding the consumers and communities they serve.
