Join our Ophthalmology team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across multiple sites. You’ll manage ophthalmic imaging and intravitreal services, coordinate essential patient pathways, and work closely with clinicians and key stakeholders to support safe, efficient and best practice care every day.

You’ll manage ophthalmic imaging and intravitreal services, coordinate essential patient pathways, and work closely with clinicians and key stakeholders to support safe, efficient and best practice care every day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality ophthalmic clinical support
- Coordinate ophthalmic photography services
- Manage intravitreal services across multiple sites
- Support best practice clinical care and service delivery
- Schedule and prioritise daily photography workload
- Liaise with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Process Anti-VEGF applications and clinical trial requirements
- Coordinate patient bookings with private consulting rooms
- Follow up Medicare approvals and PBS requirements
- Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation
- Build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Support service improvement and efficient clinical processes
You’re a collaborative and patient focused professional who enjoys working in a busy clinical environment. You bring strong technical skills, communicate with confidence and build positive relationships that support outstanding patient care.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Photography or similar
- Experience in clinical photography within healthcare
- Work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
- Understand hospital systems, safety and research
