Maintenance of Patient Portfolio, Recalls, Follow-Ups & Brand AdvocacyRole Overview

The Optometrist is responsible for providing high-quality eye care while maintaining strong relationships with existing patients. The role focuses on patient retention, recall management, follow-ups, and building trust in the clinic’s services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide suitable treatment recommendations.
  • Review and manage the existing patient portfolio.
  • Follow up with patients after consultations, treatments, or product recommendations.
  • Encourage patients to attend regular eye examinations and scheduled recalls.
  • Identify patients who may benefit from services such as myopia control, Ortho-K, dry eye management, contact lenses, or specialised eyewear.
  • Provide clear explanations so patients understand their eye health and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
  • Support patient satisfaction by responding professionally to questions or concerns.
  • Encourage positive patient experiences, referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty.
  • Represent the clinic’s brand values through excellent patient care and communication.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
