About the role

Join SA Dental as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and play a key role in delivering specialist surgical care across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a particular focus on the management of oncological disease. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert clinical care while supporting exceptional outcomes for patients across South Australia.

In this rewarding leadership role, you'll oversee and mentor junior clinicians, registrars and students, contribute to the education and training of future health professionals, and help shape the ongoing development of high-quality clinical services. You'll work closely with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues to drive innovation, continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

About You

You are a collaborative and experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is passionate about delivering outstanding specialist care while developing the next generation of clinicians.

  • FRACDS (OMS) with AHPRA specialist registration
  • Expertise in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice
  • Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience supervising clinicians and teaching students
