About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our Business Experience team in a Customer Service & Content Creation Casual role.

As a key touchpoint between Hismile and our customers, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels while maintaining our brand’s voice. Alongside customer support responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of social media content, giving you exposure to both customer experience and brand marketing within a fast-growing global business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a systematic approach to customer service, a strong understanding of general communication and computer skills, and is looking to gain hands-on experience across both customer experience and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries across emails and social media channels
• Use Shopify to access order details, shipping updates, refunds, product resends, order changes and cancellations
• Help maintain accurate records of business activities and data
• Working closely with and reporting to the Business Experience Lead
• Create organic and social media content in front of the camera
• Assist with ad hoc tasks across the business as required, including supporting teams such as Warehouse, Operations, or other departments during busy periods

About you:

• Some experience in operations, customer experience, or project support is highly desirable, however not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly, including Shopify or similar platforms
