About Meson

Meson is a Melbourne-based lead management and contact centre business working with real estate agencies and professional service firms across Australia and the United States.

We specialise in outbound nurture, database re-engagement, and appointment setting for sales-driven businesses. Our team operates from our South Yarra office and focuses on high-quality conversations, professionalism, and measurable results.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and reliable Appointment Setter to join our South Yarra office on a casual basis.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for our clients and internal sales team.

This role is 100% in-office and suited to someone who enjoys phone-based work, clear targets, and a structured sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Qualify interest and identify decision-makers
  • Book appointments and meetings
  • Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
  • Follow scripts while sounding natural and professional
  • Meet daily and weekly activity and booking targets
