GRT Australia is seeking reliable and motivated Owner Drivers to join our growing delivery network in Melbourne.

Position: Van Driver (Owner Driver)

Location: Melbourne Metro Area

Requirements

  • Own 2-Tonne Long Wheelbase (LWB) Van (High Roof preferred)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Reliable smartphone with data
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules

Working Hours

  • Early morning starts
  • Monday to Friday (with optional weekend work depending on volume)

Training

  • 1-day training and route familiarisation
  • Full onboarding and support provided

Responsibilities

  • Load and deliver parcels safely and efficiently
  • Follow designated delivery routes
  • Maintain delivery records using mobile applications
  • Provide professional customer service
