Full job description

Carousel Bar & Ballroom is one of Sydney’s most recognised late night venues, located in the heart of Oxford Street and proudly ranked number 83 in the world for nightclubs.

We are looking for experienced and reliable casual bar staff to join our weekend team.

This role is ideal for university students, people working a regular 9 to 5, or anyone looking to add consistent weekend hours to their week.

Typical shifts

Friday and Saturday: 10pm to 6am

Sunday: 9pm to 4am

We also regularly host smaller events during the week, with more shifts becoming available as we move into the busier spring and summer period.

What we are looking for

  • Previous bar or hospitality experience
  • Confidence serving beer, spirits and basic cocktails
  • Comfortable working late nights in a busy nightclub
  • Reliable, easy going and able to work well in a team
  • Strong customer service and a positive attitude
  • Current NSW RSA
