Auzzi Business Solutions provides end-to-end technology services — including custom software development, web applications, cloud solutions, business automation, and business intelligence — to clients across a range of industries. Backed by a skilled team of developers, consultants, and engineers, Auzzi Business Solutions crafts scalable, secure, and tailored solutions that streamline operations, boost productivity, and drive measurable growth for its clients.
Our client is now seeking a talented and creative Web Developer to join their growing team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at their Macquarie Park office NSW, where you will play a key role in planning, building, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for their clients.
Responsibilities of our Web Developer will include:
· Analyse, design, and develop websites and web applications, applying a mixture of artistry and creativity with software programming and scripting languages, and interfacing with operating environments.
· Plan, produce, and maintain custom websites and web applications using web programming languages, software applications, technologies, and databases, in line with specifications of user needs.
· Build responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces and develop back-end functionality and databases to support web applications.
· Integrate graphics, multimedia, content management systems, and third-party applications and APIs into websites and web applications.
· Design and develop digital imaging, presentations, audio and video content, and interactive internet applications using multimedia software, tools, utilities, and programming languages.
· Communicate with network specialists regarding web-related issues, such as web server security and hosting, space allocation, user access, website backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
· Conduct website performance testing, debugging, and optimisation to ensure functionality, usability, speed, and security.
· Enhance the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) across client websites and applications.
· Liaise with clients, business analysts, and web designers to clarify requirements, scope, and design, ensuring the final product aligns with budget and specifications.
· Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites and web applications, including content management and file transfer.
· Apply web and information security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
· Use version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate with other developers.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for websites and web applications.
· Stay informed of the latest web technologies, frameworks, and tools, proactively sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
To be successfully considered for the role, you:
· Hold a relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
· Have at least 1 years of professional experience as a web developer in a similar environment (preferably more).
· Are proficient in web programming and scripting languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP), along with relevant frameworks and databases.
· Have proven experience building responsive, cross-browser websites and web applications.
· Have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web security best practices.
· Have strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Are innovative and strive to find ways to add value to the business.
· Have a proven ability to work independently, or as part of a cohesive and respectful team.
· Demonstrate a consistently high level of communication.
· Hold unrestricted Australian working rights.
Are you passionate about building engaging, high-quality websites? Do you enjoy turning designs and ideas into functional web solutions? Can you work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team? Do you take pride in delivering well-tested, secure, and user-friendly products?
Interested? This is an ideal opportunity for a Web Developer seeking a challenging and rewarding role. In addition to a competitive salary, there are excellent conditions, ongoing training, and genuine career development opportunities awaiting the successful applicant.
