Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton.

The important parts:

  • Immediate start
  • Monday to Friday with potential Saturday
  • MUST be opened to rotating shifts
  • Day shift: 6am - 2pm ($33.38 p/h), Afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm ($38.38), Night shift: 10pm-6am ($43.39)
  • Clayton location
  • Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual

What you will be required to do:

  • Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 25kg
  • Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks
  • Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products
  • Carry out machine calibration, cleaning, and changeovers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all stages of production

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Flexible to change to different shift schedule - day/night/afternoon.
  • Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical.
  • Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments.
  • Physically fit, lifting to 25kg when required.
  • Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
  • Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work.
  • Forklift license highly regarded.
