Production Assembler

THE ROLE

Synergie Australia are currently seeking a Production Assembler to join our client's team in Silverwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with the production to identify and resolve any assembly issues.
  • Ensure all products meet the required standards before moving to the next stage of production.
  • Operate tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with the packaging and dispatching of finished goods.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Previous experience in a production or assembly role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
