About the role:
The Perth Children’s Trials Centre is growing, and we are seeking a passionate, motivated Nurse Researcher to join our expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading paediatric clinical trials service, supporting innovative research across a wide range of specialties including rare diseases, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general paediatrics, and more.

In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse to deliver a high standard of nursing care within a research setting, guided by the Scope of Nursing Practice Decision Making Framework. As a Nurse Researcher, you will contribute to the planning and conduct of clinical research under appropriate supervision, ensuring that all studies are ethically conducted and scientifically robust. You will play an important role in translating research into practice, supporting the generation of evidence that informs and improves clinical care within the department, while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, quality, and best practice.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).
