Full job description

The Client:

Leading Technology Solutions provider using the latest big data and machine learning technologies to solve complex cyber security challenges for their valued clients.
Due to rapid growth, they are looking to expand into new capabilities to revolutionise their products and services.

The Role:

User Experience & User Interface Product Designer
  • Work with the Principal Product Designer to develop wireframes and user flows.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes for internal and external review.
  • Synthesise feedback to inform revisions and improved design.
  • Handover designs and collaborate with UI Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
  • Grow our design system including style guide, UI components, assets and design tokens.
  • Develop visual design and layout best practices.
  • Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.

This is a Hybrid working environment : 3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Ideally, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design process for software products, apps and web.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset.
  • MUST have full Australian Working Rights and eligible for an AGSVA Security Clearance
