POSITION – WAITER / FLOOR STAFF

Full-time / Part-Time

About Boseong

Boseong is a contemporary Korean restaurant in Blackburn known for our elevated dining experience, signature set menus, and warm hospitality. With a 4.4-star reputation and a loyal local following, we take pride in delivering exceptional food and service to every guest.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, polished, and attentive Waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will be the face of Boseong, guiding guests through our menu, delivering outstanding table service, and ensuring every visit is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Presenting menus and confidently explaining dishes, set menus, and specials
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables with care and attention to detail
  • Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  • Processing payments and handling the POS system
  • Setting up and resetting tables before and after service
  • Working closely with kitchen staff to communicate orders and timing
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
  • Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering great guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Availability across weekday and weekend shifts including evenings
  • RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Interest in or knowledge of Korean cuisine is a bonus
