Position

Customer Service / Front of House Team Member (Casual / Part-Time)

We're looking for friendly, energetic and reliable team members who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome every customer with a genuine smile and make them feel at home
  • Take orders and answer menu questions confidently
  • Serve customers efficiently from the counter
  • Prepare drinks and assist with food service
  • Deliver fast, friendly and accurate service during busy periods
  • Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Keep the dining area clean, organised and inviting
  • Work closely with the kitchen and teammates to keep service running smoothly
  • Maintain outstanding customer service standards throughout every shift

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality, café, restaurant or customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a busy café, restaurant or takeaway environment will be highly regarded
  • A warm, friendly personality with a big smile that makes every customer feel genuinely welcome
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
  • The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

Availability

  • Casual or Part-Time position
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday
  • Flexible availability between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • Approximately 15–30 hours per week, with additional hours available depending on business needs
