Full job description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cafe All-Rounder to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café food.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café.
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Barista skills are preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required.
- Valid Australian working rights.
