Experienced FOH & Baristas
In Good Hands, Mount Hawthorn

As we head into summer, we are looking for experienced hospitality people to join our team.

You know the dance of a morning rush. You’re warm with customers, calm under pressure, and notice what needs doing before anyone has to ask. You take pride in great coffee and thoughtful service, and understand that a smooth shift takes everyone working together.

Who we’re looking for

  • Solid café/coffee shop experience. You’re comfortable in a busy service and can keep things moving.
  • Genuine hospitality. You enjoy looking after people, remembering regulars and making customers feel welcome.
  • Initiative and urgency. You spot the tables to clear, coffees to run and stock to top up, and get onto it.
  • A team-first approach. You’re happy to jump into dishes, cleaning and restocking alongside your main role.
  • Clear communication. You work well with the floor, coffee and kitchen teams, keep others informed and follow our service standards.
  • Reliability. You arrive on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude and consistent work ethic.
  • Availability. Early starts and weekend availability are important.

Front of house

You’ll take orders and manage the POS, run food and drinks, keep tables clean and ready, and stay attentive to customers. You can read the floor, prioritise tasks and keep service warm and accurate when it’s busy.

Baristas

You’ll have experience making coffee in a busy café, with confidence dialling in, texturing milk and keeping quality consistent through a rush. You keep your station clean and stocked, communicate well with the team, and step in elsewhere when service allows.
