What’s the role?
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team at North Canberra Hospital on a permanent full-time basis, you may be required to work across multiple locations and across different areas.
This role will see you supporting clinical operations and patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work collaboratively with medical staff, technical teams, and the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout their healthcare journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality patient-centered nursing care
- Supporting patients undergoing diagnostic, procedural, and inpatient care
- Assisting with clinical preparation and coordination of patient care
- Monitoring patient wellbeing and responding appropriately to clinical needs
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Working across multiple locations in different areas such as MRI, CT and PET
- Previous experience in medical imaging desirable but not essential
