Civil Engineer

What you’ll do

As a Civil Engineer in our Roads & Highways team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

  • Provide office-based support to senior engineers across roads and highways projects
  • Assist with design and technical tasks for transport and infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address project requirements
  • Contribute to delivering clear, high-quality engineering outputs
  • Support problem-solving and continuous improvement across project delivery

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • Background in roads/highways design or transport projects preferred
  • Consulting experience is advantageous; construction background will also be considered
  • For fresh graduates: willingness to develop professionally and work towards RPEQ in the future
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for site inspections as required
