Doga Sydney is Sydney's favourite puppy yoga experience, known for delivering joyful, well-run classes that combine gentle movement with playful puppies in a safe and structured environment.

What makes us unique is our mixed-breed classes. Every session features a variety of adorable breeds, creating a dynamic, social and heartwarming experience for our customers. We focus heavily on puppy welfare, professionalism and creating a premium event experience across all our studios.

Role Overview

We're looking for hard-working, energetic team members to help deliver exceptional puppy yoga experiences across our Sydney studios.

This is a fast-paced, event-based role. Our classes run on tight schedules, so being punctual, proactive and efficient is critical. We want people who take initiative, spot what needs doing and get on with it, rather than waiting to be told.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with puppy allocation and safe handling during classes
  • Monitor and promptly clean any accidents
  • Support the setup and pack-down of yoga mats, props and event materials
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of both puppies and participants
  • Work closely with instructors and coordinators to keep sessions running smoothly
  • Maintain studio presentation and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Confident and comfortable handling puppies and people
  • Physically active
  • Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Available to work weekends on a regular basis, plus occasional weekdays
  • Flexible and happy to travel to different venues across Sydney
  • Able to commit to minimum 5-hour shifts, with potential for longer event days
  • Friendly, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Access to a car is preferred but not required
  • A genuine love for animals is a must
