Sharetea has been serving bubble tea in Australia since 2012 and is one of the country's favourite brands, with over 100 stores nationwide. Our people are the reason we succeed, and our customers always come first.

We're looking for friendly, motivated team members to join our crew at Sharetea Preston. Whether it's your first job, flexible work around study, or a part-time or full-time role, we'll teach you everything.

About You

• Friendly, positive and reliable, with a great smile

• Able to follow procedures and work efficiently
• Enjoys customer service and a fast-paced environment
• No experience necessary

What You'll Be Doing

• Making great-tasting drinks to Sharetea recipes (SOPs) within target times
• Taking orders on the POS and handling cash
• Giving every customer a friendly, amazing experience
• Keeping utensils, equipment and the store clean and presentable
• Completing the Daily Checklist each shift
• Opening and closing duties, depending on shift
• Working as a team to deliver a great customer experience
• Workplace Guidelines
• Follow Sharetea uniform and grooming standards
• Follow food safety and workplace safety practices
• Complete online Sharehub training
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Clock in and out every shift
• Report any maintenance issues, customer complaints or concerns to management
• Follow all Sharetea HR policies (acknowledged when you start)

Shifts

Opening: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Closing: 2:00pm to 8:00pm

Casuals: rostered around your school or uni timetable

Part-time: agreed regular hours each week

Full-time: regular rostered shifts across the week

Weekday and weekend availability
