About the opportunity
Are you an information and digital literacy expert who thrives on collaboration? We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of complex information environments and the ability to build strong partnerships—both across the library and with academic staff—to embed critical skills into the curriculum in meaningful and sustainable ways.
In this role, you’ll work closely with academic and professional staff in faculties and schools to co-design learning experiences, embed information and digital literacy into the curriculum, and support students in developing critical research skills. You’ll also contribute to innovative, tech-enabled approaches that enhance teaching and learning across the University.

- previous experience working in a similar environment
- experience in designing, leading and evaluating teaching programs
- a proactive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships
- strong presentation and written communication skills
- excellent problem-solving skills, professional judgement and the ability to take initiative
- knowledge of the contemporary higher education and research landscape
- ability to balance competing agendas and demands in a complex environment
