Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and values being part of a close-knit team.

Working Hours
The position involves working during our opening hours, which may include:

  • Monday to Friday: between 9:00am and 5:30pm
  • Weekends: 9:00am to 3:30 pm

(Shifts will be rostered within these hours.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
  • Performing general administrative and reception duties
  • Supporting doctors and clinical staff with day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records

  • Experience is required working at a medical centre and using BestPractice
  • Friendly, polite, and approachable with excellent communication skills
