Part Time Medical Receptionist jobs in Victoria

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person with a warm and friendly manner to work approx 2-3 shifts per week as well as cover annual leave and sick leave. Hours include 2-3 x 5 hour shift per week as well as cover for sick and annual leave as needed.

You must be able to work well under pressure, have a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and computer skills and be flexible to cover holiday and sick relief as required.

This job would be ideally suited to someone with previous medical reception experience, but, is not essential and flexibility is also very important to us. University students are also encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, and booking patient appointments
• Invoicing and receipting
• Eftpos and Hicaps (training will be given)
• General clerical duties
• Willingness to do general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean workplace.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour
