RPIC is an established Melbourne dental laboratory specialising in implant and restorative dentistry. We are looking for an experienced Dental Sales Representative or Sales Contractor to help grow our relationships with dental practices across metropolitan Melbourne.

This role would suit someone with an existing background in the dental or medical industry and previous sales experience.

About the Role

The role is approximately 2 days per week with flexible hours and will involve a combination of:

• Practice calls
• Practice visits
• Relationship building
• Follow-up with prospective clients

Essential Experience

Applicants must have previous sales experience and a background in the dental or medical industry.

A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel throughout metropolitan Melbourne are also required.

Hours

Approximately 2 days per week, with flexibility around how the hours are structured.

This role may suit an experienced dental or medical sales professional looking for a flexible part-time position, or an independent sales contractor with existing industry relationships.

Remuneration

We are open to discussing the right structure with the right candidate, including:

• Hybrid base + commission arrangement, or
• Performance / commission-based arrangement

Petrol and travel costs are included within the agreed remuneration and are not paid as an additional allowance. Reasonable work-related parking costs for practice visits will be paid by RPIC.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 16.0 per week
