We are seeking a reliable, experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our established cosmetic clinic in Toowong.
This is a permanent part-time position working approximately 3–5 days per week, with the potential to progress to full-time for the right person.
The role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment, provides exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in skincare and cosmetic treatments.
About the Role
- Permanent part-time, approximately 3–5 days per week
- Potential to progress to full-time for the right person
- Availability for Tuesday evenings and occasional Saturday mornings as required
- Flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing a professional, caring experience
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and completing daily banking
- Maintaining patient records and filing
- Preparing treatment rooms according to the day’s bookings
- Applying anaesthetic cream and assisting patients after treatment, including applying cover-up makeup when required
- Providing general administration support to the clinical team
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the clinic runs smoothly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a confident phone manner
- Confidence using computers and appointment-booking software; we use Xestro
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team

- Previous experience in a medical, allied health, beauty or cosmetic clinic is highly desirable
