Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our established cosmetic clinic in Toowong.

This is a permanent part-time position working approximately 3–5 days per week, with the potential to progress to full-time for the right person.

The role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment, provides exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in skincare and cosmetic treatments.

About the Role

  • Permanent part-time, approximately 3–5 days per week
  • Potential to progress to full-time for the right person
  • Availability for Tuesday evenings and occasional Saturday mornings as required
  • Flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave when needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and providing a professional, caring experience
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Processing payments and completing daily banking
  • Maintaining patient records and filing
  • Preparing treatment rooms according to the day’s bookings
  • Applying anaesthetic cream and assisting patients after treatment, including applying cover-up makeup when required
  • Providing general administration support to the clinical team
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
