Full job description

Receptionist (All Star)

PEAK Sports and Spine Centre was established in 2012 with the belief that life is about experiences. Our philosophy is to move individuals out of pain, through prevention, and into performance, so they can begin to think about what’s possible rather than impossible. Ultimately, we believe everyone deserves to have an Experience Not Felt Possible.

At PEAK we can provide an opportunity that is unique to you. You will receive:

  • Investment in your professional and personal development to allow you to achieve your career goals and participate in “experiences not felt possible”
  • A structured onboarding program to set you up for success with ongoing dedicated support and training from our PEAK Tribe to allow you to progress your career pathway
  • Work-Life Integration with AM (6:15 - 2:15pm) and PM (12:45pm - 8:15pm) shifts allowing you to enjoy the weekdays as well

About the Role

PEAK is on the look out for our next receptionist (known as All Stars). The role of our All Stars is to provide a raving fan experience for all our athletes (patients). Some of the tasks that an All Star would preform include:

  • Diary Management to ensure high occupancy, minimal cancellations and maximising revenue;
  • Handling questions and queries via phone, email and general correspondence;
  • Create raving fan experiences through all athlete interactions;
  • Athlete and third party billing and receipting;
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and consumables;
  • Performing additional ad-hoc administration duties

The Ideal Candidate:

We employ on a Vision, Will and Skills basis. This means that it is more important to us to find people that align with our vision and values, than those that tick all the boxes when it comes to skills and experience. There are some skills and areas of experience we think would make you more successful in this role, and really hit the ground running. These include:

  • A desire to create a Raving Fan experience in every interaction with PEAK;
  • A Strength in Numbers approach in being a team player and using evidence to make great decisions;
  • A Want the Ball attitude and using your attention to detail to relish the opportunity to step up and thrive with responsibility;
  • The ability to prioritise your workload while working in a fast pace environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Flexibility with your hours and availability.

PEAK is one of the fastest growing Allied Health Clinics with two locations across Hawthorne and New Farm. Our aim is to continue to build our tribe of high performing professionals that want to take their own development and career to the next level and bring the PEAK vision to life.
