Leading Melbourne CBD Martial Arts gymnasium is looking for an energetic enthusiastic person to join a very successful team as a membership consultant and as a receptionist to meet, great existing members and clients.

The position requires the applicant to work flexible hours between 4:00 pm -8:30 pm, on weekdays and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Interacting with Members
  • Retail and Membership Sales
  • Inquiry, Retention, and Arrears Calls
  • Stock-Taking and Merchandising
  • Social media management
  • Database management
  • Member Engagement

Requirments:
