Full job description

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House staff to join our team. As the face of the restaurant, you will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Operate the POS system and process payments.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standar
