We are currently seeking passionate, reliable, and motivated chefs to join our growing kitchen team.

Pasta Chef (Chef de Partie)

We are looking for an experienced Pasta Chef with a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to the restaurant's standards
  • Manage and maintain the pasta section during service
  • Complete daily mise en place and preparation requirements
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pasta Chef or Chef de Partie
  • Experience working in an Italian restaurant is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Ability to run a section independently during busy service periods
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Larder Chef (Chef de Partie)

We are also seeking an experienced Larder Chef to manage our cold section and support daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare salads, antipasti, cold starters, desserts, and garnishes
  • Manage all mise en place and stock requirements for the section
  • Maintain high presentation standards and attention to detail
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
  • Keep the section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar larder or cold section role
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage the section independently
  • Strong preparation and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
