Our Summer 2026/27 Vacation Program will have placement opportunities for students in the fields of Mechanical, Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering & Civil/Structural.

To be eligible for our Student Vacation Program you must be:

• Students currently in or commencing your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and expecting to graduate sometime in 2027.
• An Australian permanent resident or have a permit to work in Australia.

About the Role

As a Vac Student at Lycopodium you will be placed in a team who will guide you through work on a real world, in-progress project. You will experience what it is like to work as a professional in your chosen discipline and get a taste of the many options available to you in pursuing a career with us.

Vacation students who impress in their time with us become prime candidates to be placed in our industry-leading Graduate Development Programme (GDP). You can sample some of the exciting opportunities provided through the GDP during your time with us over the summer.

The Summer Vac program runs for 12 weeks from late November 2026 through February 2027, and positions are available in our Perth office based in East Perth.
