ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative and curious Social Media Intern to join our Brisbane marketing team 3 days per week. This is a hands-on, paid internship at the heart of our social media function - ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate who is passionate about content, social media, and a brand that truly stands for something.
You'll work alongside our experienced marketing team, contributing to content that connects with our community of women who believe in active living.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook
  • Write captions and copy in the Lorna Jane brand voice — confident, warm and considered
  • Support community management and engage authentically with our audience
  • Monitor social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Assist with campaign rollouts, from content briefs through to publishing
  • Track and report on content performance, learning what resonates and why
  • Collaborate with the creative team on shoots and asset briefings
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • A genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand and the Active Living philosophy
  • A strong eye for content — you know what earns attention and what doesn't
  • Confident written communication skills, with the ability to write in a brand voice
  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, and comfortable with social scheduling tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach — you bring ideas, not just questions
  • High attention to detail and an appreciation for design and aesthetics
