About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a couple of motivated junior team members to join our team. This role is ideal for high school students looking for part-time work after school.

Shifts generally start from 4:00 pm, 3 days a week:

  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and serve delicious bubble tea drinks and other beverages
  • Keep the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Assist customers in our internet café
  • Help add money to member accounts and turn on computers and PlayStations for guests
  • Monitor internet café usage and maintain a smooth experience for customers
  • Take orders, process payments, and assist with customer enquiries

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn — no prior experience needed
  • Basic confidence using computers and helping customers
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player
  • Organised and neat presentation
  • Good communication skills
