Tired of tutoring platforms that make you chase parents, manage bookings, and do admin?

At Modedu, we’re reimagining private education in Australia with a tech-first approach that empowers both students and tutors.

We handle all the logistics such as matching, scheduling, payments, and parent communication so you can focus on what you do best: teaching and inspiring students.

Our in-house learning platform makes teaching seamless, interactive, and fun. Tutors get access to lesson plans, progress trackers, resource libraries, and performance insights all in one place.

  • AI Powered Teaching Tools

Our new AI integrations help tutors personalise sessions, simplify complex concepts, and provide post-lesson summaries to support students from every angle.

  • Student Engagement Like Never Before

We use an integrated community platform for peer learning, accountability check-ins, and study motivation.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 online lessons or group sessions for students in Years K–12 across Maths, English, Science, or Humanities.
  • Personalise every session using Modedu’s AI assisted tools and learning analytics.
  • Empower students with effective study systems, time management, and stress control.
  • Participate in workshops and mentorship sessions to refine your craft.
  • Be part of a community transforming education through innovation and care.

What You Bring

  • A passion for education and mentoring.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Either a Bachelor’s degree or current university enrolment (ATAR 98+ if in Years 1–3).
  • Tech fluency and confidence using platforms like Zoom, Google Docs, and digital whiteboards.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and ABN.

Why Tutors Love Working With Us

  • $25–$45 per hour with consistent weekly students through 12 week structured programs and longer!
  • Fully remote flexibility so you can work from anywhere, on your schedule.
  • No admin headaches because we handle parents, scheduling, and payments.
  • Career growth opportunities to become a senior tutor, subject lead, or join our internal AI and technology development team.
  • Supportive community of more than 100+ educators who collaborate, learn, and grow together.
  • Mission driven work that helps students rebuild confidence and rediscover their love for learning.
