Sushi Chef

Hours: 4:00am – 4:00pm (rotating shifts within this range)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and a commitment to quality, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, slicing and filleting a variety of fresh fish
  • Preparing traditional Japanese-style sushi rice
  • Creating and presenting a range of sushi dishes
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times

Requirements:

  • Full-time working rights in Australia
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Previous experience in sushi preparation or professional kitchen work is highly desirable
