Sushi Roller (Front or Back of House) - Kikuchi Sushi Epping

Location: KKC Mernda Junction
Job Type: Part-Time (PT) / Full-Time (FT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, roll, cut, and plate sushi while ensuring quality standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including rice, fish, and vegetables
  • Ensure ingredient freshness, minimise waste, and improve efficiency
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sushi preparation is required
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including evening shifts and weekends
