The Role:
Best & less has an opportunity for a Part-Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Dalby store. The position is for minimum 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress into a management role.

As an integral member of the Dalby ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:

• Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
• Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
• Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
• Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
• Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
• Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
• Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

About you:

• Open to learning and stepping into higher duties
• Passionate about the customer experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail
• A willingness to learn and develop
• Flexible to work weekends and late night trade
• Desire to develop your career in retail

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
