Sunshine on the Boulevard is a new and busy neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Macleod/Springthorpe (close to Latrobe University and Macleod train station) built around warm hospitality, quality food, thoughtful wines and genuinely good service. We're looking for an experienced FOH professional to join our growing team. This role would suit someone who understands hospitality - reading tables, managing service flow, creating atmosphere, working with a strong team and taking pride in delivering a polished guest experience. The right person will be calm under pressure, naturally hospitable, well presented and capable of helping lead service when required.
