About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front of House team member to join our team at La Mono in Casula.

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you will play a key role in delivering great service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.

This role requires availability across both day and evening shifts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting and seating customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen team
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and fast-moving service environment
  • Handling cash and processing payments accurately
  • Assisting customers with any questions and ensuring a positive experience
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident attitude
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
  • Basic POS and cash handling skills
  • A genuine interest in food and delivering great customer service
