Full job description

Cleaning Melbourne is a professional commercial cleaning business servicing small to large commercial clients located throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. With over 300 staff directly employed, CM offers the full range of property services to its clients.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our commercial cleaning team. As a Pressure Washing Team Member, you will operate high-pressure cleaning equipment to clean and maintain exterior surfaces, including Pool Decks, parking lots, building facades, and other commercial areas. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, safely using pressure washing machines and chemicals, ensuring surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, and assisting with site setup and cleanup.

Shift times 9pm start 3 hours a night.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to handle physical work and operate pressure washing equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work in various outdoor conditions.
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or pressure washing is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

To be successful:

  • Degree of fitness required
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Workplace Health and Safety awareness
  • Able to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Able to work to target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
  • MUST have a current Police & Working with Children’s Check
  • Minimum 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience
  • Preparing and checking job tasks
  • Certificate 3 in Cleaning Operations desirable

Pay: $30.09 – $37.31 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • Australian driver's licence (Preferred)
  • Australian National Police Check (Preferred)
