About Us

Anglicare's Thread Together program supplies new clothing to people in need, helping to restore their dignity and confidence. We operate a Clothing Hub in Kooringal and offer outreach services to the local community.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Thread Together Hub. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, possesses strong communication skills, and can maintain operational efficiency behind the scenes.

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist clients in selecting clothing, and provide essential admin support to ensure the program operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients visiting the Clothing Hub
  • Support clients in finding clothing that meets their needs
  • Assist with clothing orders and prepare outreach packs
  • Sort and display new clothing donations
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming Hub environment
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
